Step 1
Print the filled flyer and bring a friend to the membership counter
The offer is in-warehouse only. The College Station club is at 4321 State Hwy 6 South, College Station, TX 77845 (warehouse 1614). The referring name on the flyer is Mark J.
Do this: Print the one-page flyer (or the two-page PDF). Hand it to the membership desk, say Refer-a-Friend, and sign the friend up. Separate forms are required for each referral.
Step 2
Both of you enroll in auto-renewal on a Visa
Costco emails a Digital Shop Card only if both the referring member and the new member set up auto-renewal on a Visa and give a valid email.
Do this: If either of you skips auto-renewal or email, Costco will not send the shop card. Mention the program to the representative at the counter.
Step 3
Gold Star: $20 each
If the friend joins Gold Star ($65/year), you each get a $20 Digital Costco Shop Card. Together that is $40 against a $65 first-year dues line.
Do this: Gold Star is the cheaper membership. The shop card is not cash; it spends in warehouse or at Costco.com.
Step 4
Executive: $40 each
If the friend joins Executive ($130/year: $65 plus a $65 upgrade), you each get a $40 Digital Costco Shop Card.
Do this: Executive also has a 2% reward on qualifying warehouse purchases, capped by Costco’s published rules. That is separate from this shop-card bonus.
Step 5
Offer expires December 31, 2026
Costco’s published Refer-a-Friend page lists that expiration. New and lapsed (18+ months) memberships can qualify; one per household; employees excluded.
